Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order delivery. 

  • Digital downloads or made-to-order (mugs, baby/kids) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items that are marked final sale or items that are on sale for over 50% off retail price are only eligible for exchanges or returns for store credit.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount or invoiced to you (for exchanges) 
  • If you are choosing to exchange an item, we will ship you the new item free of charge (within the US). 
  • International returns and exchanges will require customers to purchase their own shipping label. 

To start a return or exchange with our self-serve online portal: 

1. Make sure clothing items are returned in the original condition - clean, unworn, and undamaged. Please be mindful when trying things as you will be charged a 30% restocking fee for makeup and deodorant stains. 

2. Log into your account here 

3. Find your order and click on the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. *IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE* please indicate in the NOTE section of the return process what you would like to exchange and for what size. Hit the "Request Return" button. 

5. Please give us 24 hours to approve your request. Once your request is approved you will be sent instructions on how to return your item and a return shipping label. 

6. For Refund & Store Credit Returns - A return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

7. For Exchange Returns - If you are seeking an exchange you can either use your own shipping label to return the item or purchase a $5 return shipping label from us. If you would like to purchase the return label from us we will send you a $5 invoice (as we cannot automatically charge your form of payment). Once payment has been completed we will e-mail you the return USPS shipping label (please allow up to 24 hours). 

7. Package the item with original tags still attached. Feel free to re-use the original packaging to ship the items in. Drop off the package at the USPS. You may also be able to request a USPS pickup - click here to learn more

8. Once we receive your item we will refund you in the original form of payment or send you your exchanged item along with a tracking number.
